VoIP User Set-Up

How difficult is it for the customer to set up?

Set up is very easy! When your customer signs up online, a "preconfigured" Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA) is automatically shipped to them.

When it arrives all the customer needs to do is connect their standard analog telephone to the ATA and the ATA to the internet and they are done. It really is as simple as that!

What is an ATA? An ATA is an adapter that converts the analog signal of a standard telephone to a digital signal that can easily be sent across the internet.

When a customer signs up for service, they will need to choose which ATA they will need and there is a different price for each.

Linksys RTP300
Those with only one computer and no router, will need to order the RTP300 ATA/Router combination. Dimensions: 6.69" x 6.69" x 1.22"
